1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


2. Shipping Timeline (India)

  • Metro cities: Typically 5-7 business days.

  • Non-metro or remote areas: 6–8 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on prepaid orders.

  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Please take clear photos immediately.
